Job Description:

The General Manager oversees all aspects of the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) including customer relations, line operations, employees, inventories, properties, equipment, sales, and customer service relationships.  Ensures adherence to company policies and State and Federal applicable laws and regulations.  Financial responsibilities include management of gross margins, capital expenditures, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

Manages and directs activities of subordinate supervisors and employees at the location.  Acts as company liaison in matters related to the airport community.  The General Manager will promote a positive team environment to better serve our customers. 

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a business, aviation management, or related field of study
  • Five to ten years of business aviation and/or relevant experience
  • Five years experience in leading and managing employees
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software as required
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
  • Must pass all conducted drug/alcohol screens, background and security checks and prove eligibility for employment with any employer in the United States
